• I schedule maintenance jobs and allocate jobs to various technicians. I also give explain how to trouble shoot and solve problems. I directly supervise my subordinates. When the need arises I get fully involved in the job myself.
• I also arrange the availability of spare parts to make maintenance jobs run smoothly to avoid long downtime for expensive revenue generating equipment.
